KINGJACQ-Ai provides AI-assisted tools for creating, editing, and converting jacquard designs, sketches, and textile patterns using machine-learning models. The service is provided on a paid credit-based subscription model.
You agree NOT to use KINGJACQ-Ai to:
You are solely responsible for all content you upload, and you confirm that you own it or have the necessary rights and permissions to use it.
You retain full ownership of the designs you upload and the AI outputs generated from your inputs, subject to the terms of the underlying AI model providers. KINGJACQ-Ai claims no ownership over your generated designs.
KINGJACQ-Ai and its owner retain all ownership of all rights related to the website and software, including the website design, software, source code, AI systems, branding, logos, and trademarks. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use them without our prior written permission.
AI-generated outputs may not always be accurate, unique, or error-free, and results can vary. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any generated content before using it for commercial, professional, or production purposes. KINGJACQ-Ai is not liable for any issues arising from reliance on AI-generated results.
You may download AI-generated content created through your account for personal or commercial use, provided such use complies with applicable laws and does not infringe the rights of any third party. You remain fully responsible for how the downloaded content is used.
Unused credits are eligible for refund within 7 days of purchase, less any processing fees. Used credits are non-refundable. Refunds for technical failures will be processed within 90 working days.
We strive for 99.5% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance whenever possible.
KINGJACQ-Ai is provided "as is" and is used at your own risk. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including loss of data, business interruption, or issues arising from AI-generated content — arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the previous 30 days.
This service is owned and operated from India and is governed by the laws of India. By accessing or using this website from any location — including from outside India — you agree that your use is subject solely to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy, and not to the laws or regulations of your own country. If the laws of your country or region do not permit such use, you are not authorised to use this website and must discontinue access immediately.
International (foreign) users access and use this website entirely at their own risk and on their own responsibility. KINGJACQ-Ai shall not be held liable for any loss, dispute, legal issue, or problem of any kind arising from such use. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may close your account at any time from your profile settings — remaining unused credits will be refunded as per Section 8.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes will be notified by email.

KINGJACQ-Ai और इसके स्वामी (owner) वेबसाइट एवं सॉफ़्टवेयर से संबंधित सभी अधिकारों का सम्पूर्ण स्वामित्व अपने पास रखते हैं, जिसमें वेबसाइट डिज़ाइन, सॉफ़्टवेयर, सोर्स कोड, AI सिस्टम, ब्रांडिंग, लोगो और ट्रेडमार्क शामिल हैं। इन शर्तों में कुछ भी आपको हमारी पूर्व लिखित अनुमति के बिना इन्हें उपयोग करने का अधिकार नहीं देता।

आप अपने खाते से बनाई गई AI-जनित सामग्री को व्यक्तिगत या व्यावसायिक उपयोग के लिए डाउनलोड कर सकते हैं, बशर्ते ऐसा उपयोग लागू कानूनों का पालन करे और किसी तीसरे पक्ष के अधिकारों का उल्लंघन न करे। डाउनलोड की गई सामग्री का उपयोग कैसे होता है, इसके लिए आप पूरी तरह ज़िम्मेदार रहते हैं।
अप्रयुक्त क्रेडिट खरीद के 7 दिनों के भीतर धनवापसी के पात्र हैं, प्रोसेसिंग शुल्क घटाकर। उपयोग किए गए क्रेडिट की धनवापसी नहीं होती। तकनीकी विफलताओं के लिए धनवापसी 90 कार्यदिवसों के भीतर की जाएगी।

You may upload images, graphics, sketches, designs, and related content for AI processing. By uploading, you confirm that you own the content or have permission to use it, and that it does not violate any law or the rights of any third party. We do not claim ownership of your uploaded content.
Uploaded files may be processed by AI systems solely to generate the edited or converted outputs you request. This processing is performed only to provide the service you have asked for.
We implement reasonable security measures to protect your information. However, no method of internet transmission or storage can be guaranteed 100% secure.
We do NOT sell your personal data. We share data only with:
Your uploaded sketches and AI-generated designs are your property. We do NOT save or store your designs on our servers — your image is processed only to create the output you download, after which nothing is retained by us. We never share, sell, or display your content.
If in the future we begin storing user designs, images, or any related data, we will update this Privacy Policy accordingly and notify users in advance. Even then, any such storage will be carried out securely, your content will continue to remain your property, and it will never be sold or shared with anyone under any circumstances.
We use cookies to keep you logged in and remember your theme preference. We do NOT use third-party advertising cookies. You may disable cookies in your browser, but this may affect functionality.
We keep your account data as long as your account is active. Invoice data is retained for 7 years as required by Indian tax law. After account deletion, all other personal data is removed within 30 days.
